Note : Make sure you re-enable the antivirus as well as the Windows Firewall since the computer might be at a risk of virus infection. I would suggest you to disable the Windows Firewall as well the antivirus temporarily. There is also a possibility that the Windows Firewall and the antivirus on the computer might be blocking the printers from communicating. Initially I would suggest you to run HP Print and Scan Doctor utility from the link and check if it fixes the issue. It could be that either you have a firewall application installed on your computer that prevents communication with the printer or maybe you need to uninstall and reinstall the printer due to corrupted files. What do you mean " I can make copies, but I can't print, or scan"?
